Event Decorating

Styling for up to ten guest tables and one welcome or gift table
Up to eight combined staff hours of setup labor
What’s included
For one venue with décor supplied by you or rented separately. Combined staff hours means, for example, two decorators working four hours each.
Décor items, flowers, rentals, delivery, teardown, draping, backdrops, and large installations are additional and listed in your proposal. Design can be added if you need help creating the look.

Flower varieties, season, size, and quantities shape the final price. Premium blooms, tall arrangements, ceremony flowers, installations, delivery, and on-site setup receive a custom quote.

You plan the party. We help welcome your guests and keep the moments flowing.

One 30-minute preparation call and a simple event schedule
Up to four hours on-site with one host
Guest welcome, vendor arrivals, and activity timing
For a private party of up to 50 guests at one venue. Hosting is guest support and event flow; emcee entertainment, childcare, food or alcohol service, setup, and cleanup are not included.

What’s included
For up to 50 guests at one venue: two planning meetings, a budget outline, theme guidance, recommendations for up to three vendor categories, an event schedule, and four hours of on-site hosting and coordination with one lead.
Food, venue hire, vendors, décor, flowers, and rentals are separate. Larger private parties, corporate events, and community celebrations receive a tailored proposal.

Design is the visual plan: colors, layout, and styling. Decorating is the hands-on placement and setup. Choose either, or let us bring both together in one proposal.
All prices are starting rates for the scope shown. Planning, coordination, and hosting fees cover professional services, not the total event cost. Guest count, location, complexity, staffing, and coverage may change your quote. Additional lead coverage starts at $150 per hour, subject to availability. Travel, delivery, rentals, materials, teardown, and applicable taxes are itemized where relevant. We confirm your scope and total before you book.
